At Rup Diamond, we strive to provide the best quality jewellery to our customers. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns We accept return requests only in the following cases:
✅ Product received in damaged condition
✅ Wrong product received
✅ Missing items in the package
✅ Parcel received in tampered condition
Important Requirements: The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing/open parcel video is mandatory for all return or damage claims.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product's condition.
Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be approved. The unboxing video and order details must be shared with our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Policy: We offer an exchange facility for our customers.
Exchange Conditions: Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be processed and dispatched accordingly.
Customers can exchange their jewellery for another available product of equal or adjusted value (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and pricing reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return:
Used or worn jewelry Products reported after 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video. Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery. Contact Us For any return or exchange request.
Please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and share: Order Number, Unboxing Video, Clear Photos (if applicable), and Brief Description of the Issue. Rup Diamond reserves the right to approve or reject any return/exchange request after reviewing the submitted evidence.
